PAGMA
PAGMA is a team of four to five people who design, deploy, and operate infrastructure. We come from defense: cybersecurity engineers, developers, and infrastructure architects. We stay deliberately small: on sensitive environments, knowing exactly who's involved is part of security.
What we commit to
We deliver infrastructure that's durable, maintainable, and secure, and that your teams can operate, whether you already have IT and security teams or none at all. Infrastructure your teams can't take over isn't infrastructure: it's a dependency.
What we don't do
No subcontracting: the team that designs is the one that deploys, hardens, and operates. No proprietary lock-in and no black boxes: the infrastructure is yours, and your teams have full access from day one. No end-user support: it isn't our job, and saying so avoids doing it badly. And if what you need isn't something we know how to do, we'll tell you, rather than spend both our time finding out the hard way.
We run what we sell
Our forge, our audience measurement, and this site all run on the infrastructure we deploy for our clients, with the same tools and the same hardening. What we offer you has already gone through our own production first.
A reference, without the name
A multinational IT company of more than 1,500 people, ten sites spread across several continents. We'd rather describe an engagement than line up logos: a logo says nothing about what was actually delivered.
What's written into the contract
We carry professional liability insurance, and we offer a non-disclosure agreement by default, before the first technical conversation even happens. On compliance (NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, GDPR), we prepare your systems for the requirements and point you to accredited bodies: we don't issue any certification and hold none ourselves. One of us is OSCP certified.
Why these names
Algiz is the rune of protection. Runes are the inscriptions that carry the rule. Our products protect and inscribe: the names say what the tools do. Our infrastructure service, on the other hand, simply carries its own name.
