Data submitted through the contact form

When you write to us, we process the data you send us (name, company, email address, message content) solely to respond to your request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. Retention period: 6 months.

Audience measurement

We use Umami, hosted on our own infrastructure. It doesn't set any cookies and doesn't store your IP address in the clear. No data is shared with a third party, and no cross-site tracking is performed. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention period: 1 year.

Cookies

This site doesn't set any audience-measurement or advertising cookies. Only data strictly necessary for the site to function, such as your theme preference, is kept in your browser.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of data concerning you. To exercise it, write to dpo@pagma.fr. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
